ИЗУЧЕНИЕ КОМПОНЕНТНОГО СОСТАВА ЭФИРНОГО МАСЛА В ВЕГЕТАТИВНЫХ И ГЕНЕРАТИВНЫХ ОРГАНАХ ШАЛФЕЯ ЛЕКАРСТВЕННОГО

Приведены результаты изучения компонентного состава эфирного масла органов Salvia officinalis L. (корни, стебли, листья, соцветия). Идентифицировано 26 компонентов. В состав масла входят углеводороды, спирты, кетоны и сложные эфиры. Впервые определён компонентный состав эфирного масла из корней (борнеол – 26 % и α — β – туйоны – 12,25%).

The paper presents study results of essential oil component composition contained in Salvia officinalis L. (roots, stems, leaves, inflorescences). In terms of the research 26 components were identified. The essential oil includes carbohydrates, alcohols, ketones and esters. For the first time component composition of essential oil extracted out of roots was successfully determined (borneol – 26% and α – β – tuyons – 12,25%).
